If you are brand new to Pilates we recommend you take at least 3 private sessions and or 3 beginner classes before jumping into other classes.
This will help you get familiar with the equipment and style.
Working out 4 to 5 times a week is ideal. Come a few times a week and mix it up with your everyday activities. Joseph Pilates said: “In 10 sessions, you will feel the difference. In 20, you will see the difference. And in 30, you’ll be on your way to having a whole new body.” Of course, we would love to see you every day!
For your own safety and as a courtesy to others, we do not allow people to join the class who are more than 10 minutes late. We know schedules can get hectic, but please try to arrive to class on time.
Our cancellation policy is 10 hours in advance for all classes and 24 hours for Private and Semi Private Sessions. If you do not cancel before this window you will be automatically charged for the class or session. If you do not call to cancel and are a “No Show” then you will be charged an additional $15. If you late cancel and someone from the waitlist gets your spot, you are still charged for the late cancel. To cancel a class you may cancel online, phone the studio or send an email. Sorry, no exceptions.
Use the wait list – we will notify you if a space opens up and you can decide if you want to join us.
